There are many reasons why teens should join a gym and start living a healthy life. A few are listed below:

Going to the gym makes your body lean and smart. It sparks confidence and increases attentiveness.

When you become mentally active and strong you also increase your ability to perform well in all walks of life. This helps you to excel in your career as well.

Engaging in gym and exercises will keep you away from engaging in bad and unhealthy habits. You will be more thoughtful about your eating and sleeping habits and will refrain from unethical and unhealthy habits.

Unlike other sports, exercising does not require any natural skills or abilities. You can exercise without being good at anything. There are no physical prerequisites for exercising.

You can always talk and share your extracurricular activities with your friends and peers. Even if you are not engages in any sports, dance or singing activities you can tell them that you exercise regularly.
